Terms & Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the ShadowCraft RPG website between the provider (Justin Ray Johnston, ShadowCraft RPG) and the users.
They regulate the sale of digital products, subscriptions and the use of community and dungeon master services.

a) Digital products
- Type of products: Digital guides, modules, literary works and other content for role-playing enthusiasts.
- Availability: After receipt of payment, the products are immediately available for download.

b) Subscriptions
- Services: Access to exclusive content, such as digital products, community resources and special materials.
- Term: Monthly or annual, automatic renewal at the end of the term.
- Termination: Possible at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.

c) Community functions
- Access to blog, forum and discussion platforms.
- Publication of contributions and comments by users.

d) Dungeon Master Services
- Create personalized campaigns and characters based on player profiles.
- Use of AI-generated materials (text, images) to enrich the gaming experience.

- Order: By clicking the button “Buy now” users submit a binding offer.
- Payment confirmation: The contract is concluded as soon as the payment has been confirmed.

- Prices: All prices are in Euro, including VAT (if applicable).
- Payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and other options offered through Wix Payments.
- Subscriptions: Payments are made in advance for the respective billing period.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
- Exception: The right of withdrawal expires for digital products when the download has been started and the customer has agreed to lose his right of withdrawal.

- Digital content: Only permitted for private use. Distribution or sale to third parties is prohibited.
- Community rules:
- Prohibition of offensive, illegal or discriminatory content.
- Contributions may not contain any copyrighted content without permission.

- All content, including AI-generated materials, is protected by copyright and may not be used without the consent of the provider.
- Exceptions apply to content published under the Open Gaming License (OGL).

- Technical Issues: ShadowCraft RPG assumes no liability for server outages or technical issues caused by third-party providers (e.g. Wix, Discord).
- AI-generated content: No liability is assumed for errors or inconsistencies in AI-generated texts or images.
- Community usage: Users are responsible for their published content.

The provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions if necessary. Changes will be published on the website. Users have the right to object to the changes within 14 days.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
